Discover the Power of Chiropractic Care

A holistic approach to align your health.

Pain, stiffness, poor posture, repetitive stress, old injuries, and everyday wear and tear can all affect how your body moves and functions.

Chiropractic care focuses on improving joint motion, movement patterns, muscle balance, and nervous system function to help reduce pain and restore mobility. Whether you are dealing with neck pain, back pain, headaches, sciatica, shoulder tension, or chronic stiffness, treatment is designed to help your body move more efficiently and comfortably.

Our approach combines hands-on chiropractic adjustments with functional movement, soft tissue therapy, rehabilitation strategies, and practical lifestyle recommendations to help address the root cause of your condition — not just temporarily cover symptoms.

The goal is simple: help you move better, feel better, and stay active doing the things you love.

Services and Modalities designed for your recovery.

Feel better, Move better, Live better!

Dry Needling

Dry needling is a modern treatment technique designed to relieve muscle tension, reduce pain, and improve movement.

Using very thin needles, specific tight or irritated muscle bands — often called trigger points — are targeted to help calm overactive muscles, improve blood flow, and reduce pain patterns. Many patients seek dry needling for chronic muscle tightness, neck pain, back pain, headaches, shoulder problems, hip pain, sciatica, and sports-related injuries.

If you constantly feel tight, sore, stiff, or like your muscles “won’t let go,” dry needling may help restore normal muscle function and improve mobility.

Dry needling is commonly combined with chiropractic care, rehabilitation exercises, and soft tissue therapy for more complete recovery and long-term results.

Acoustic Shockwave Therapy

Acoustic shockwave therapy is a non-invasive treatment used to help stimulate healing in chronically injured or painful tissues.

This therapy uses acoustic pressure waves to improve circulation, stimulate tissue repair, and help break up chronic scar tissue or degeneration that may contribute to ongoing pain. Shockwave therapy is commonly used for plantar fasciitis, tendonitis, shoulder pain, tennis elbow, Achilles pain, knee pain, hip pain, and other chronic musculoskeletal conditions.

Many patients turn to shockwave therapy when they feel stuck, frustrated, or tired of temporary treatments that only provide short-term relief.

The goal is to help the body restart the healing process, improve mobility, reduce pain, and help patients return to normal activity without surgery or excessive medication reliance.

Therapeutic Exercise & Rehabilitation

Movement is medicine — when applied correctly.

Therapeutic exercises are designed to improve strength, mobility, stability, posture, balance, and movement patterns that may contribute to pain or dysfunction. Many people develop compensation patterns from injuries, repetitive stress, poor posture, inactivity, or weakness that place excessive stress on joints and muscles.

Our rehabilitation programs are customized to help improve how your body moves in real life — whether your goal is reducing pain, improving athletic performance, recovering from injury, or simply staying active as you age.

Treatment may include mobility work, core strengthening, corrective exercise, balance training, flexibility work, and functional movement training tailored to your specific condition and goals.

Myofascial Release Therapy

Myofascial release therapy focuses on reducing tension and restrictions within the muscles and connective tissues of the body.

Stress, repetitive movement, injuries, poor posture, and inflammation can create tight, restricted areas within the fascia and muscles that contribute to pain, stiffness, reduced mobility, and chronic tension.

Using hands-on techniques, treatment is designed to improve tissue mobility, reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and help restore more natural movement patterns.

Myofascial release is commonly used for neck pain, back pain, headaches, shoulder tightness, hip pain, sports injuries, chronic tension, and movement restrictions.

Patients often report feeling looser, lighter, and more mobile after treatment.

Mechanical Traction

Mechanical traction is a gentle therapy used to help reduce pressure and tension in the spine.

This treatment works by carefully stretching the neck or low back to help relieve compression on discs, joints, nerves, and surrounding tissues. Many patients with disc injuries, sciatica, pinched nerves, neck pain, arm pain, or low back pain experience relief from traction therapy.

By creating space and reducing pressure in irritated areas, traction may help decrease pain, improve mobility, and support the body’s natural healing process.

Mechanical traction is often used alongside chiropractic care, rehabilitation exercises, and soft tissue therapy for a more complete treatment approach.

Electrical Muscle Stimulation

Electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) uses gentle electrical impulses to help reduce pain, improve muscle activation, and decrease muscle tension.

This therapy may help improve circulation, calm muscle spasms, reduce discomfort, and support recovery after injury or periods of muscle dysfunction. EMS is commonly used for back pain, neck pain, muscle tightness, sports injuries, and rehabilitation support.

Many patients describe the treatment as a comfortable pulsing sensation that helps relax irritated muscles while supporting recovery and movement.

Electrical stimulation is often combined with chiropractic care, rehabilitation exercises, and soft tissue therapies to help improve overall treatment outcomes.

Metabolic Dysfunction/ Weight Loss

Many people feel exhausted, inflamed, overweight, foggy, or frustrated with their health — even when they feel like they’re trying to do the right things.

This is often more than just a “weight problem.” It may be a sign of metabolic dysfunction.

Metabolic dysfunction occurs when the body struggles to properly regulate blood sugar, insulin, inflammation, hormones, and energy production. Over time, this can lead to stubborn weight gain, cravings, fatigue, poor sleep, brain fog, digestive problems, joint pain, hormone imbalance, and difficulty losing weight even with dieting or exercise.

At our office, we focus on identifying the underlying lifestyle, nutrition, movement, and stress factors that may be contributing to your symptoms. Our approach combines practical nutrition strategies, functional wellness principles, movement, and real-world lifestyle coaching to help you improve energy, reduce inflammation, regain control of cravings, and create sustainable weight loss results.

If you feel like your body is working against you, there may be a reason — and there may be a solution.
